Final machining

As a service provider and manufacturer, PTZWEIDNER performs the entire manufacturing process of metal rings.

This includes procuring the blanks, the efficient and resource preserving cutting on the GIANT RING CUTTER and the downstream and final processing - everything from a single source.

In combination with precision lathes and mills, the GIANT RING CUTTER allows us to provide a full range of processing services for ring production up to the final product. We have access to more than 360 CNC machining centers.

We can machine forgings and castings with workpiece dimensions of up to 1,700 mm outside diameters and heights of 1,500 mm, at a workpiece weight of up to 8,000 kg.
